Rumah PJ is a landed self-build innovative house in Section 8, Petaling Jaya. This single mid-terrace house was designed to bring sunlight and wind into the interior while stimultaneously excluding solar gain. This open wide plan house is naturally ventilated and introduce nature in the common area, living hall, dining hall and kitchen. Daylighting was improved with the introduction of courtyards and lightwells with a coccoloba tree.
