For further entertainment, Guest of Encorp Strand Residences may head out the the nearby shopping complexes such as 1 Utama Shopping Complex, Ikea and The Curve for a movie or shopping. Closer to home at a walk away is Sunway Giza Plaza, which also hosts a number of restaurants and shops. For those who are not bothered to head out, they may take a walk down the stairs to the Encorp Strand Shopping Mall where they can catch a movie at TGV or chill out at Starbucks.
Encorp Strand Residences is extremely well located just off the highways of New Klang Valley Expressway (NKVE), the Damansara - Puchong Highway and the SPRINT Highway. Public transportation will also be extremely convenient as it is just only 750 metres away from the MRT Surian station. You can explore KL city with ease.
Our home is walking distance to restaurants, hypermarket and convenient stores.

The nearest MRT station is just 10 minutes walk from our home where it takes you to the KL city center.

For guest more than 4 person, it may be too compact for your comfort and we do have surcharge of RM50 for each excess guest to cover some utilities cost.

Lost or Damage Penalty:
1) Access Card = MYR 200.00/Card
2) Keys = MYR 100/key
♢As our honorable guests, you will be provided with TWO (2) Access Cards.
Both cards can access unit floor, facilities floor and car parking access.
♢ We provide one complimentary car parking lot. (One season pass provided).
♢ For additional Parking, guest can park inside the shopping mall (Mall parking rate) or park in front of the open parking (MBPJ rate).
