My unit is located in center of Georgetown and close to all penang food and retailing shop and restaurant.Famous Gurney PLaza , Gurney Paragon shopping mall and Gurney drive hawker center is near with driving distance 10min.
Room and living room is equipped with full air conditioning.
Bathroom with water heater, shampoo, body SOAP and hair dryer. Towel will provide for each guest (P/S we will arrange it according to the number of booking NO EXTRA towels required) .
We also provide fridge, kettle, microwave and kitchen appliances. BUT We not recommend heavy cooking at this studio.
The kitchen is allowed for you to used
for light cooking. (NO HEAVY COOKING)
Time's fibre broadband suitable for working.
Complimentary toiletries are provided including toilet paper, shampoo and body wash.
Towels, hair dryer, iron and iron board are provided.
Prior of your arrival, we'll send check in directions details for you.
We do NOT provide :-
-DAILY ROOM CLEANING SERVICES
-EXTRA FUTONS OR MATTRESSES
-EXTRA TOWEL

After your booking is completed, we'll send you a detailed map, directions and a guide for getting the keys by yourself as well as house manual for the place via links one day before you arrive.
