The property does not have a reception. Guests are required to inform the property in advance of their estimated time of arrival. Guests are requested to contact the property upon arrival to enter the property. We would like to inform you about our property’s self-check-in process, as well as our refundable deposit policy. Please read the following information carefully to ensure a smooth check-in and stay. Self-Check-In Process: Please be informed that this is a self-check-in property. We will reach out to you via WhatsApp with detailed instructions on how to access the property one day before your scheduled arrival. Check-In Time: 3PM onwards Check-Out Time: 11AM Refundable Deposit: As a reminder, we will collect a refundable deposit of RM200 via bank transfer to cover any potential damages or incidentals that might occur during your stay. We want to assure you that we have complete trust in our guests, and we expect the full refund to be processed after your stay, provided there are no damages or outstanding charges.
