Sarmiento Beach House provides villa which is perfect spot for reunion, family gathering, family outing and other events. The cool breeze brought by the ocean and tropical surroundings can make you appreciate nature more. My place is close to Tondol White Sand Beach. It is about 3 to 4mins walk away from the beach. Aircon House has 2 rooms. 1 superior room which is good for 10pax and 1 deluxe room which is good for 5pax. Each room has flat screen tv. The house has kitchen and complete utensils. The space Sarmiento Beach House has 2500 sqm. Other things to note Things to remember: In excess of the number of declared maximum capacity of the house/room, 300 per head per night will be charged as an additional (kids and adults except 1yr and below). However, the excess should not be more than 10pax per house or room as we dont want to be crowded in the resort or better get a room for extension. The remaining balance will be billed upon your check in. In case of cancellation or no appearance, down payment will be forfeited. Check in : 2pm Check out: 12nn For check in, If we don't have guest prior to your arrival then you can check in earlier, otherwise, we have to follow 2pm check in time. However, you can already park within the vicinity and go around the beach while waiting for the guest to check out and rooms to cleanup. You can also extend your check out up to 2pm if we dont have guest next to you. Swimming pool is about 50sqm and it is open at 8am and will be closed at 9pm. This is to clean the water for the next day preparation. We provide basic utensils in your kitchen for you to cook your food. However, if you opted to bring the following, php300 per item per night will be charged to your group. 1. Induction cooker 2. Turbo broiler 3. Electric stove 4. Air pots 5. Hot and cold water dispenser We also provide complete beddings but we dont provide bath towels, bath soap and shampoo. In case of Lost key php300 will be charged upon check out. Sarmiento Beach house is about 3mins walk away or 250 meters away from Tondol White Sand Beach. The resort has about 2500sqm
