The space
Our property features a spacious loft-style room, two full bathrooms, generous living and dining areas, and a unique indoor pool.
It can accommodate up to 20 guests for gatherings, with sleeping arrangements for up to 15 guests.
There’s a balcony accessible via the stairs located just beside the front door.
Amenities include a griller in the garage, one designated carport parking space, and an additional street parking spot.
Guest access
Guests have full access to the entire property, including the indoor pool, living and dining areas, kitchen, bathrooms, loft, balcony, and outdoor spaces.
Please treat the space with care and avoid any damage to the property. For safety reasons, children must be supervised by adults at all times, especially around the pool and balcony.
To ensure a safe and enjoyable stay, we kindly ask all guests to follow posted signage and house instructions throughout the property.

We’re excited to host you and want to ensure you have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. To maintain a pleasant experience for all our guests and to protect the property, please kindly take note of the following:
Security Deposit: A ₱3,000 security deposit is required prior to check-in. This will be fully refunded within 24–48 hours after checkout, provided that no damages or losses are found after inspection.
REFUNDABLE AFTER CHECK OUT IF CONFIRMED NO DAMAGES WITHIN YOUR STAY.?
Damages & Liability: Guests will be held liable for any damages to the property, furnishings, appliances, or any missing items during their stay. This includes but is not limited to: broken furniture, stained linens, damaged appliances, or missing remote controls.

Security Deposit will be forfeited
Inspection After Checkout: A thorough inspection is done after every checkout. If damage is found, we will inform you promptly and provide documentation (photos or videos). The cost of repair or replacement will be deducted from the deposit.
Respect the Space: We kindly ask that you treat our home with care, as you would your own. Please avoid dragging furniture, jumping on beds, or using appliances inappropriately.
Immediate Reporting: If something is accidentally damaged, please notify us immediately. Early reporting allows us to resolve things more smoothly and fairly.
No Smoking Indoors: Smoking inside the property is strictly prohibited. Violations may incur a cleaning fee or deposit deduction.
Unauthorized Guests or Parties: Only registered guests are allowed in the unit. Hosting parties or bringing in unauthorized guests may lead to cancellation of your stay and forfeiture of the deposit.
