Our place is just 15 mins.drive from Clark Int'l. Airport. A best place for family vacations, barkadas getaway and buss. trips. We are nearby the Korean towns and SM. If you wish to enjoy nightlife, we have the fields avenue for your nightout. Our place has a peace and quiet neighborhood with 24 hour security and a gated village as well. Our home has the following: 3 bedrooms all w/ AC's A common space with floor mattress and a fan We are cable & a wifi ready a comfy kitchen with complete kitchen utensils where you can cook and prepare your own food a terrace at the 2nd floor where you can relax and do some chitchat Our T & B has cold & hot water Washing machine A garage for your vehicle *The house is located inside the village and due to the pandemic , there are some documents needed to present for your entry as per the village guidelines. For locals 1. Health certificate 2. Nbi/police/brgy clearance any of these 3 3. Employment ID if working or any Govt. ID for non working For foreigners 1. Health certificate 2. Passport In any case you don’t have these docs, we have other transient houses published here in Agoda which you may want to consider and no needed docs to be presented.
