The condominium also have a facilities that you can access and enjoy from the rooftop garden like playground, kiddie pool (kids ages 12 years old and below only) rooftop garden with 360 views of Mountains and City lights

My place is near in Wet Market, fast food like tokyo, tokyo, , Noodle House, Mini mart Puregold, Minute Burger, Lechon Manok, Drip Tea, 7 eleven and many food store

Near in tourist Destinations like Cloud 9, Pinto Art Museum, Kape Kaulayaw, Antipolo Cathedral and Sumulong highway.

If your looking for a place with all in inclusions accommodations, which you can cook, smoke form the balcony/patio watch netflix and youtube, work from home (100MBPS), karaoke with board games to play with.

We will ask for 2,000 security bond but refundable if there's no damages after you checkout

If you bring car or motor, pay parking outside the building. parking is in minimart puregold ask the guard for parking availability, NO RESERVED PARKING, Parking cost 250 for car and 150 for motor per night. We don't have a control in parking space. Come early as soon as you can. Alternative parking slot is SM Cherry 5 minutes away
