Not only do you have a balcony but you have a dining area and kichenette with hammocks at the bottom

Your will have your own toilet cubicle just 30 paces away, super short walk, complying to the denr watercode/easement rules within our area

As shared, you are staying right beside the river, where you conveniently park any 4x2 small car right beside your awesome treehouse

You are surrounded by local farms and dumagat tribe families. Lush mountain views envelope you and yes, the river is right beside you. There are several vegetable stores nearby, and a lomi, pancit and budbod resto exists just a short walk from your treehouse
