ABOUT THE PLACE:

The property is one of the most accessible place to live in Bacolod with beautiful parks, club house and sports facilities topped by a perfect location, conveniently accessible to shopping centers, schools and business hubs, yet a minutes away from the restful, familiar comforts of home.

The place has two rooms for our guests with a queen and a bunk bed. There’s a spacious sala for your movie bonding, a toilet and bath, and an open space in front of the house for your vitamin D dose.

Our guests can fully access the entire house amenities provided. Strictly SMOKING IS NOT ALLOWED inside the house. But your still have the space for your smoking session outside the house while having a cup of coffee.

The place is very accessible for grab, and taxi as it is allowed to enter the premises for pick up. For those who want to enjoy the public ride such as tricycle and jeepney, these are also available at the guard house. Parking is free in front of the house.

Guests can do a morning and afternoon walk, enjoy the clean and lush greenery pine trees. All Homes one stop shop is a walking distance just outside the community guard house.

We assure our quests a quick response to there concerns throughout their stay.
