This minimalist apartment unit has two bedrooms, one bath, a kitchen, dining and living space. The space is available for short term and long term rentals. The space comfortably fits 4 people. It is ideal for vacationing tourists, visiting family and friends, or expats. It is located in a residential neighborhood in the “East” neighborhood of Bacolod, near the NGC landmark, and a short drive to the city center and local attractions. Your unit is yours enjoy. If you have a car, you may park it inside our gated driveway garage. Our property managers will be there to assist you with all your needs during your stay.
