Stoked to welcome you! To ensure the best possible experience in our flat, we just listed below some reminders:

1. We will be needing a copy of your identification (Government-issued ID e.g. passport, PRC, Driver’s License) prior to your arrival to secure a permit from the property for your stay.

2. You may notify us ahead of time for any changes on the number of heads to avoid trouble checking in. We will be preparing the space based on the declared number of guests. For each guest in excess of 2, we will be charging an additional cost of 500 php per night. Included in this charge is a provision of a floor mattress with additional pillow and blanket and extra towels.

3. Our preferred check in time is from 2:00 PM onwards and our check out time is 12 NN. However, these are flexible. Just let us know your approximate time of arrival in advance so we can make viable arrangements for you depending upon schedules of the current guests.
