Located at MOLDEX RESIDENCES Marcos Highway Baguio city, 3rd floor with veranda facing the mountains Perfect for barkada, family or couple ***Clean and Safe **With Wifi Hot and **Cold Shower **Secure Parking Space **Ref **Tv with abs cbn tv plus black box(not cable sorry) **Electric kettle for heating water **The space is comfy for 4 pax and kinda small for 5 pax but would still fit. **We provide kitchen utensils like spoons, forks, plates and cups. **Portable stove and cooking utensils are available but you'll have to buy your own butane gas available in almost all grocery stores or use ours for 100 pesos per butane (buying would be cheaper) **Infront of Metrobank Marcos Highway Walking distance to robinsons/puregold jr. Marcos highway **Walking distance to craft brewery if you're a fan of drinking (one of the famous draft beer in baguio) **Going to Session Road/SM/Burnham would be around 5 to 8mins regardless of the traffic. **One jeepney ride going to SM, Session, Harrison road (where the night market is located), Burnham, Public Market. Jeepneys and cabs are available just infront of the moldex building. **10-18 mins going to botanical/wright park/mansion/ additional 5mins going to mines view (note this is regardless of traffic po) *** Note: Time is strictly followed Check in time is 1pm Check out time should be exactly or before 11am
