Our apartment has a private entrance and covered car park—an excellent place for a family or group of friends of up to 9 persons. Bedroom 1 is suitable for a small family of up to 3 persons and has an attached bathroom. Bedroom 2 is ideal for 4 people. A provision for 2 people to sleep in the area near the entrance of Bedroom 1 is available.
In good weather, guests can enjoy a fantastic sunset view (see actual photos). We are 10-15 minutes away from Baguio City Center, depending on the traffic situation (SM Shoemart, Burnham Park). Access to other tourist attractions in Baguio City is mainly 10 - 20 minutes away.
Our valued guests will be staying in a reasonably spacious furnished apartment (85 sq. meter area) with two bedrooms, receiving and dining table for up to 6 persons. The kitchen has a cooking range, fridge, toaster, cooking wares/utensils, and microwave oven. Another bathroom is available in the receiving area. Both bathrooms are complete with a shower and hot water supply. A private and secured parking area is also available for guests (1 sedan or SUV only).
The entire 2-bedroom apartment is accessible to guests of up to 9 persons. For the couple-only reservation, only Bedroom 1, the living and dining area, and the kitchen will be accessible, and the other bedroom will remain closed during the stay.
I will be at your service during your stay on my property. As your host, I will be a message away and will instantly reply to all your concerns. Since I am staying abroad and will be communicating with you from Dubai, UAE, please consider the time difference minus 4 hours from Philippine time.
The guest can access the Vacation House through the self-check-in procedure. Details will be provided to the guests after booking confirmation.
Our property is situated just beside San Carlos Heights Elementary School. Please use this as a landmark when searching for our property on the Waze navigation. We are located in a reasonably quiet and peaceful neighborhood hence recommended for family and friends relaxation.
Local transport Jeepney (NPC/St. Patrick signage) and taxis are available in the area. Grab car service can easily access our location and travel around to explore the city of Baguio.
Parking on our property is convenient and secure for guests with their vehicles. We have a covered and gated parking area within the property.
The guests will be provided with complimentary mineral water on their arrival. Guests can order a water refill from a nearby store at the guests' expense.
The guests must segregate their waste into bio-degradable (nabubulok) and non-bio-degradable (hindi nabubulok). Two separate garbage containers with labels are provided in the transient's kitchen area.
We endeavor to provide comfortable and clean accommodations to our guests. Unlike other transient houses in the area, the cost of cleaning the property is not charged to the guest; therefore, we expect our guests to maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the apartment before check-out.
