Forget your worries in this spacious & serene space. Your Baguio getaway from the hustle & bustle of city life. You can work from home whilst enjoying the good, cold weather the city of Pines offer. Located near Botanical garden, Teacher’s camp, restaurants & convenience stores. A 2 bedroom condo, we’re sharing our guest bedroom with you. While checked in, you will have the whole unit to enjoy, hence a more spacious, comfortable abode great for unwinding. Enjoy internet & central water heating.
This is a 2 bedroom vacation home. Guest/s who will book will be given the Guest bedroom and have the whole apartment all to themselves. A comfortable and serene abode of almost 65 sqm to enjoy at the City of Pines.
There is a NO-SMOKING and NO SHOES POLICY in this apartment. By sharing our vacation home to you, kindly respect our House rules.
4 people can comfortably fit into this space. Aside from the queen bed at the guest bedroom, a queen sized folding mattress can also be used during sleeping hours.
Work at home is already “normalized” these days, this apartment can give you a lot of work at home corners all guests can enjoy, including the balcony to really feel the cool weather the City of Pines offer. Our internet runs up to 100 MBPS as per PLDT.
Unique to this apartment, guests can enjoy WATER CENTRAL HEATING. Meaning, you can have warm and hot water not just in showers but in the bathroom sink and kitchen sink. No fingers are frozen here!
Lastly, this space has given us a lot of happy, sentimental memories, hope you can leave our abode better than you found it. And hopefully, share these happy memories in your review!
You have the entire apartment to yourselves except for the Master’s suite and locked cabinets. Please respect these restricted spaces.
Neighborhood is residential.
There is free parking but only one parking space will be provided for you. You can easily ride a cab or book Grab car to go around.
There is a CCTV outside the main door for security reasons.
Building Admin requires all guests to submit their government ID’s with Vacc certifications and a Health Declaration Form (this will be provided) as their COVID protocol. A Guest Clearance Form is needed to enter the Building premise. NO FORM, NO ENTRY.
