Unit can accommodate maximum of 5 pax only.

38 sqm | 2 bedroom Unit | 1 toilet and Bath with hot and cold shower| With Balcony

Cooking is Allowed (Basic Utensils are provided)

Parking area is availabe with fee of 150 pesos per night ( to be collected by the Admin)

17 minutes walk to Burnham Park (1.2 km)
2 minutes ride to Burnham park (700 m)

Unit can accommodate 6 pax, however there is additional 500 for the 6th person per night. Extra foam is also provided. Rest assure that beddings/ are clean before you check in.
Basic utensils are also provided and please wash them before you leave.
you can use the whole space of the unit including the balcony.

Guests can access the the whole unit.
We put some of our extra beddings inside the cabinet, please respect and dont touch unless you have our permission.

I maybe busy all the time but im just text/call away when you have any concerns or questions.

You can see condominium/ gym still under construction. Nothing much can see on the neighbourhood but also buildings...Never mind..go out and walk going to burnham park going to the center of the city.

Condo is very near burnham park, session road and harisson road where you can find ukay ukay at night.

Please note that unit does not have air conditioner/ but have 2 Electric Fans
