-kitchen with mini refrigerator, rice cooker, induction stove, electric water kettle, microwave, coffee maker, 5 sets of tableware (plate, bowl, cup, mug, spoon, fork)
-Smart TV (WIFI connected, NO NETFLIX)
-portable fan
-full bathroom with a hot and cold shower.
-basic toiletries (shampoo, soap, toothbrush, toothpaste, toilet paper)
-highspeed internet (40-60mbps)
-own balcony
-foldaing table and chairs for thw balcony
**bring your own Drinking water, bring extra tissue/garbage bags/dishwashing soap/sponge**
I give my guests space but am available when needed
