Family Cottage Under Pine Trees, Mountain Views

 

 

 

 

There are 100 pine trees in my property. We have a large lawn and plenty of water. The lovely Family cottage is 5 minutes from the President's Mansion. Baguio's major tourist spots are 15 minutes away. Mines View Park, Botanical Garden, Good Shepherd, Wright Park, St. Joseph's Church, Horseback Area, Camp John Hay, and others.
Rent does not include breakfast. Minimum stay during weekends is 2 nights.
14 pax is maximum.

This casual cottage is located just 3 minutes outside the city limits. You will share the garage of the main house. The minimum stay during weekends is 2 nights. Wifi signals may be weak at times and fairly strong normally. Please go to the lawn where the signals can be better.

Parking is enormous and secured.

Studies show that spending time outdoors is good for your health. Researchers in Japan call this newly named (yet long-established) concept forest bathing, and it’s the ultimate way to de-stress and get centered.

You will have access to the whole cottage and the big lawn near the main house. None of our staff will sleep in the Family cottage. The housekeepers are in the main house and can be called anytime. If you have kids below 6 years old, they can play at my grandchildren's playground.

Other things to note
1. parking is about 2 floors above the cottage. hence, you have to walk a flight of stairs to the cottage. However, a fairly strong car can negotiate the steep driveway and park beside the cottage.
2. we are sorry but the rent does not include breakfast.
3. no pets are allowed. If our pets annoy you, please tell Sally to leash or cage our dogs.
4. our cottage is recommended for those with vehicles. If you have none, you have to walk 300 meters to the main road where public transport and taxis are available.
5. you can party all night. the neighbors are quite far from the cottage.
