- The kitchen is equipped with kitchen utensils for your cooking needs. It also includes rice cooker, gas range, refrigerator, microwave

Guest can access all parts of the house except the masters bedroom.

The house is just 5-10mins away to Camp John Hay and about 10-15mins away to Burham Park. 15-20mins away to SM Baguio. There is also a nearby grocery shop and “talipapa” just about 5mins away :)
1. A security deposit of 2,000 pesos will be collected upon check in and will be refunded upon check-out if you did not incur any extra charges during your stay. (security deposit in case of damages)
2. Guest can access all parts of the house except the masters bedroom.
3. Guests after 12th pax will have a charge of 500 per person per night. (Max of 3 extra pax only)
4. Please bring your bath towels and toiletries.
5. Smoking is not allowed inside the house. You may smoke in the roof top or balcony though just make sure to close the glass door.
6. Pets are not allowed.
7. Sleeping on the couch is not allowed.
8. Early check in and late check out is subject to availability.
9. CLEAN AS YOU GO POLICY
- Please wash all kitchenwares such as plates, pans and utensils before check out.
10. Please return the unit in the condition given.
11. Check out is at 11am. Our representative will facilitate the check out 10-minutes before you go.
