L.A. Townhouse 2, perfect for families, groups

 

 

 

 

The L.A. townhouse 2 is inside Marcon Suites (a quiet exclusive gated compound). It is 15 minutes from Burnham Park, SM, Camp John Hay, and Session Road. It has beds for 20 adults. The townhouse is guarded at night. Water is abundant.
We also own the L.A. Townhouse 1 ($119 a night), Family Cottage under the pine trees ($100 a night), the Charming Cottage inside CJH and the Luxury Villa near Baguio Country Club.
The rent does not include breakfast. Our minimum stay on weekends is 2 nights.
Our neighbors are a couple of senior citizens. Please be considerate of them when you sing, laugh or play parlor games after 9 p.m. Also, please bring 2 cars only. If more than 2, please pay Michele 500 pesos.
We also own the Charming Cottage inside Large Forest (in Camp John Hay) and the Family Cottage under the Pine Trees (10 minutes to Mansion House). L.A.2 Townhouse is 600 meters from Kennon Road. The minimum stay during weekends is 2 nights.
Wifi is free and is normally good. However, speed is dependent on the number of users in the townhouse. Also, when there are many tourists in the city, the service of PLDT and Globe can be quite spotty. If you need good wifi, please go downtown or please ask Michelle for the portable wifi router.
You’ll get to my place earlier than other guys going to other rentals. This is because my house is quite near Kennon Road (about 600 meters).
It is located inside a residential compound, Marcon Suites. There is a small store just outside the main gate and a village market about 5 minutes away. The Holy Family Church is 5 minutes away. There are a number of eateries along Kennon Road and near the SLU Bakakeng campus.
There are 4 bedrooms for 16 guests and one utility room for 4 pax (drivers, maids or teenagers). The kitchen and the dining room are located near the main entrance. The living room has a view of a small forest at a distance.
