My condo is built, designed, and furnished with special interior design. It's a huge condo 120 square meter. It's bigger than what it shows in the pictures. BIG rooms with high-quality, comfortable branded orthopedic mattresses in all bedrooms and anti asthma antibacterial pillows. High quality first class furniture with kitchen appliances. Plates, glasses, spoons, and cooking pots all are high quality. To wrap it, all millions of pesos have been spent for the design to meet your satisfaction. Please, if you are more than 5 persons to occupy the place, extra small charges, which is 500 pesos per night per person, if more than 5 people will be applied. We can discuss it more in detail by chatting through agoda. No dogs or cats, please. I will be providing free towels and tissue papers, shower gel, shampoo, hand soap solution, and dish washer soap, You can bring your own personal towels if you like . I can provide extra towels in case you need or even extra bed sheets, blankets, pillows, etc. Regarding the check-in, I'm very flexible with check-in/out. You can check in or check out any time if I don't have any guest booked the night before or after.

The washing machine and the dryer are free for guests who book at LEAST 5 days. for guests staying less than 5 days, there will be an extra charge of 750 pesos if they decide to use the washing machine and the dryer since more electricity and hot water will be used.

Certificate of business registration: My unit is registered under CHADI'S PLACES CONDOMINIUM UNIT RENTAL in case the visita tourist department (DOT) request a prove of registration.
