Welcome to our place! Nice and cozy, your home in the City of Pines. Ground floor unit in a 3-storey house, with 2 bedrooms, 1 T&B, 1 free parking space. WIFI & TV available (Netflix, YouTube premium & Disney). With dining & coffee tables, refrigerator, water dispenser, electric kettle & stove, microwave, kitchenware & cookware. Location is 10-15mins drive to SM/Burnham Park. NO PETS, NO VAPING/SMOKING.
Our place is located in New Site Bakakeng, near Holy Family Parish Church or SLU Bakakeng Campus. Our neighborhood is peaceful and quiet. Rental unit is on the ground floor and we (the hosts) live on the second floor. Rooftop or third floor is open for guests too.
STRICTLY NO SMOKING or NO VAPING - within and outside the unit's premises. Baguio is a non-smoking city. Penalty of PHP3,000 applies for non-compliance.
STRICTLY NO PETS ALLOWED - Penalty of PHP3,000 applies for non-compliance or non-disclosure.
