This is a 3 br unit.
One room is the one being rented out.
One room is reserved for my parents. They do not live in this place and only come to Baguio once a month or when they need to.
I occupy one of the rooms in the house but I do not always stay in the place. So you can have the whole place to yourself if I’m not in Baguio City.
And if I am in Baguio and free, I can take you around the city.
I can be your local tour guide. :)
