The Unit F is the Prime King Staycation while Unit E is where the Owner/manager lives and easily accessible incase the guest needs any assistance.

Guest will have the whole Two-storey apartment all for themselves.
No other guest will be allowed to enter the premises without there permission.
The owner/manager lives next door the Prime King Staycation and easily accessible in case the guest needs any assitance.
The owner/manager will personally assist and welcome the guest to properly introduce the unit for the guests.
2 mins walk from barangay hall and public market. Manager/Owner is living next door and available for any assistance.
