We are situated in the heart of the City of Balanga. Less than 50 steps walk to the Town Plaza and Church. Our space is located on the 3rd floor of our building. It is good for family and business trips. We are also near to various food establishments. Commuting is not a hassle because we are located just in front of the main road.
The space is located in the 3rd floor building. No elevator so we use stairs to go up.
It is good as a studio - type condo unit.

WE ARE A PET FRIENDLY UNIT! We accept fur-family as long as they are wearing diapers.
We do not have an induction stove for safety purposes.
We will be there to assists you if we are available or will have someone to assist you on your check - in and check - out.
We don't stay on the same area but will be available if you need anything since we live nearby (10 mins drive). You can send us a message or call if there are any concerns or questions during your stay.
We can also give you list of places to go and eat, pasalubongs and where to buy them.
Our neighborhood is safe even during the night.
We are not more than 5mins walk to:
- Town Plaza
- Balanga City Hall
- St. Joseph Cathedral
- Center Plaza Mall
- St. Joseph Hospital
- Food Establishments (KFC, Jollibee, Chowking, Greenwich, Red Ribbon, Stregato Gelateria, Frito Empire, Max's Restaurant and Michelle's Bakery)
- 24hrs Convenience Store (Mini Stop)
- Drug stores are also available nearby
- Bataan Peninsula State University
The building is located at the heart of Balanga City. Public transportation such as tricycle is not a hassle since once you go out of the building, tricycle is available.
If you are driving, we are not more than 10mins drive from the Roman Natl. Hi-Way. We can give you directions after (URL HIDDEN)
If you are commuting from Manila, there are tricycle available once you get off at the Balanga Bus Station. We can give you directions after (URL HIDDEN)
Please message us once you enter Bataan. Please wait for our instructions so we can assist you with your check in. SELF CHECK IN IS NOT ALLOWED. Please dont just appear in the unit without telling us, the doors are always locked and the keys are with us. Please message us when you are on your way with your ETA. Thank you.
