Roughly 1 hour and 30 minutes drive from Manila, you can now embrace the whole farm to yourself with the eye-catching view of Mt. Makiling!

You can also immerse in our outdoor jacuzzi in the morning or night!

Meanwhile, you will stay in a modern tiny a-frame farm house that is made for glamping while having a glimpse of the stunning view of the farm and Mt. Makiling!

The A-frame small cabin is fully air-conditioned with built-in cabinets where you can store your belongings and clothes. There are also two single beds or you may opt for a sofa bed with complementary pillows.

The Pavilion is where you can hang out in the spacious Kalesa inspired furniture with the Mount Makiling view and it is where the kitchen and the private comfort room is located.

The outdoor jacuzzi / hot tub is where you can lounge and soak all your stress away and it can accomodate up to 5 people in the jacuzzi. It has two lounger seats where you can fully lie down your body, and three typical seats. It also has jets, lights, and mini fountain to amplify your jacuzzi experience. The jacuzzi is powered by the solar water system where the hot water comes from the solar panel so you can enjoy the jacuzzi anytime you want (there is no additional cost for the jacuzzi use because it is included in the rate).

The farm is surrounded by different kinds of trees with luscious grass and an up close view of the Mt. Makiling where you can take pictures! You can also bring some sport equipment such as badminton to play in the farm or you can just take a brisk walk around.

Is the place exclusive to guests?

- The cabin, pavilion, jacuzzi, and the surrounding area are exclusive to guests which means that you have the entire place to yourself.

Is there a free use of kitchen?

- Yes. There's no corkage fee for the use of the kitchen.

Is the jacuzzi always cleaned up after every guest?

- Yes. The process of cleaning the jacuzzi includes an everyday change of water for every guests.

What is the maximum duration that we can use the jacuzzi?

- The maximum time limit is only one (1) hour, but if you will opt to extend the time then you can pay 500 php per hour of the jacuzzi use. However, there's no additional payment if the jacuzzi will not be turned on anymore (the lights and massage will be turned off) after the one hour use and use it like a pool where you can dip only.

Are towels and basic toiletries (such as shampoo) provided already?

- Yes. There's no need to bring towels. However, you may still bring your own towel or toiletries if you want. You may check the (URL HIDDEN) details for the brand of toiletries. However, we do not provide toothbrush or toothpaste.

Is there a nearby grocery or fast food chains available?

- Yes. There's a mini grocery upon entering the street corner and there are a lot of food chains in the Sto. Tomas City proper and we also have a nearby Jollibee. There's also lutong bahay restaurant which is near the area.

Can we check-in early?
- Depends on the number of bookings prior to the date of your choice. If there are no prior guests, you can check-in at the earliest time possible of 2:00 pm (without extra charge). Otherwise, it is not allowed. For instance that the guest will request to check-in earlier than 2:00 pm, there will be an extra charge of 500 php per hour of early check-in.

Can we extend the check-out time?

- Depends on the number of consecutive bookings in a week. There's an additional cost of 500 php per hour of extension.

Are the bonfire materials (such as wood) provided already?

- Yes. No need to bring wood or any lighter because we will accommodate you in the bonfire. You may opt to bring any bonfire related stuff such as marshmallows for smores.

Are pets allowed?

- Pets are allowed up to a maximum of two small pets only and they cannot stay inside the a-frame cabin and must stay away from the jacuzzi area. The only places allowed are the pavilion and the field area. Thank you.

Can we utilize both the plunge pool and the jacuzzi?
- No. The guests can only choose one (either the plunge pool or jacuzzi) as included in the booking fee. If the guest opted to use the jacuzzi, there will be no additional cost which is good for only up to an hour of use. However, if both the pool and jacuzzi will be used, there will be an additional fee of 1,500 php.
- The guests can utilize both if they booked for two days or more.
