Also, you’ll have a chance to see a two-hundred-year-old Kalumpang Tree highlighted at night, a rare sight in a beach property and it witness many generations and family bond together in 18th century. It stood during world war III near Hilltop house "Villa Sachico" named after the ancestors of the Zobel Family where the rich spaniards lived. The Kalumpang Tree gracefully survive many earthquakes and typhoons. It serves as shelter to sugarcane farmers in 1970s
