Unwind and relax with nature from the view in our balcony.
This is a studio unit with full working kitchen, balcony and a very cozy bedroom.
Amenities can be used for the ff rates and by advanced reservations:
Game Room - P250/hr for 6pax maximum
Jacuzzi - P300/hr for 7pax maximum
Gym - P250/hr for 8 pax maximum
Music Room - P300/hr for 9pax maximum
Parking is free. Available parking space are those on the outside of Shiraz tower and outside parking spaces above.
Please provide the following for each guests:

We can be reached via app and mobile number
Guests Requirement:
Valid ID to be submitted to us for proper filing of authorization to access the property
Towels, drinks and some basic welcome toiletries are provided (initial supplies only).
We do not offer hotel services such as refills of toiletries at any time during your stay.
Cleaning is only done before and after your stay for short stays.
Open for long-term stay (21 days up) but excess electric and water bill fees to ₱10,000 will be charged to guests.
For long term stay, we will provide extra set of beddings, towels, and rags. Laundry and cleaning during the stay should be done by the guests unless requested for a special arrangement upon reservation.
Rebooking Policy
+ One time rebooking only.
+ Free rebooking if 14 days and more before your check-in date.
+ Rebooking is allowed if less than 14 days but more than equal to 7 days (7th to 13th), but guests will be charged a penalty of 50% per night
+ Rebooking NOT allowed if less than 7 days before your check-in date.

1. No shoes inside the home. Please use the slippers we provided.
2. No smoking inside the Unit.
3. No parties or w/o prior notice.
4. No unregistered guests or visitors allowed.
5. Quiet time after 11 p.m.
6. Dispose of the garbage in the alloted garbage disposal area in the parking area on the ground floor.
7. Keep a close eye on your kids while being on the premises especially the balcony.
8. No pets allowed.
9. Make sure to turn off the lights, air conditioning, and any electronics when you leave the house.
10. Don’t forget to close the windows and lock the door.
11. Report any damages and/or breakages in a reasonably timely manner. Damages exceeding the security deposit amount must be paid by guests and will be reported to (URL HIDDEN).
12. Please dispose leftover foods before leaving the unit.
13. Pls respect check-in and check-out times
14. Illegal substances are not allowed.

17. Do not flush tissue paper/ trash in the toilet. If clog happens, you will be penalized ₱20,000
PLEASE BE MINDFUL OF YOUR ELECTRICITY and WATER USAGE. TURN OFF THE SHOWER OR FAUCET AND AIRCON IF NOT IN USE. Excessive utilities may be charged to the guests.
Lost Keys Penalty: in case of lost or unreturned keys, we will have to replace the whole lockset to a new one for our future guest’s safety. The price for a new lockset will be charged to guests who lost or failed to return the keys
