The unit was built in 2020 and served as our family’s favorite getaway during the pandemic. We are now opening Le Prin accessible, especially for those seeking a quick and peaceful getaway from the city.
Twin Lakes Tagaytay is a popular destination located in the stunning city of Tagaytay, Philippines. Located in lush surroundings with a breathtaking views of the famous Taal Lake, this spacious estate offers a unique getaway for visitors seeking tranquil surroundings, outdoor recreation, and exquisite scenery.
Presenting the first condominium in the development, The Vineyard Residences cover 2.3 hectares of property and include three low-rise towers named Shiraz, Merlot, and Chardonnay.
Whereas Le Prin is situated at Shiraz, Twin Lakes Vineyard, along Tagaytay-Nasugbu Highway in Laurel Batangas.

The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances and tools for cooking and food preparation, including a refrigerator, microwave, rice cooker, induction cooker, electric kettle, and complete kitchenware and utensils.
The bathroom comes with 2 bath towels and a shower that offers hot and cold water.
There's a free outdoor parking at Shiraz Tower.
Stores and dining options are a short 2-3 minute drive or a 10-15 minute walk/hike away.
