Panglao Village Court (PVC) is a commercial development situated along Panglao Island Circumferential Road in Barangay Danao. It is approximately 3.5 km away from Panglao Poblacion (town center) and a short distance away from the famed white beaches of Alona (1.9 km) and Dumaluan (7.5 km). Danao beach (1.7 km) is essentially a 20-minute walk away from the property.

Aside from long-term personal or business space tenancy, the development offers a select number of apartments and studio-type units for short-term rentals. The studio units of PVC Apartments are situated a few meters away from the main building. Several commercial shops have leased the ground floor area and these include Precito’s Restaurant and Catering Services, travel agencies (local, Korean, Chinese), a spa and wellness center. Guests practically have access to everything they need while away from home since convenience stores, motorbike rentals, travel agencies, restaurants, bars, souvenir shops, laundry service, etc. are all within walking distance from Panglao Village Court.

Studios 13 to 24 are designed to comfortably accommodate 2 adult guests. Room amenities include a double bed, side table with night lamp, closet with hangers, air conditioner, and a 2-seater bistro table. The ensuite bathroom has water heating for the shower and complimentary toiletries (shampoo with conditioner, shower gel, and toilet paper). The kitchenette is fully functional - equipped with a refrigerator, induction cooktop, rice cooker, electric kettle, kitchenware, crockery and cutlery. Guests also have access to one of the island’s strongest Wi-Fi connections (with its own internet router) and cable TV.
