Kuroshara Beach Resort is just an undistinguished beachfront property situated along the main road of Patar. A family owned resort that caters to nature lovers, pet lovers and fun-loving individuals who know how to chill and relax.
The space
Spacious, practical, minimalist and comfortable airconditioned sleeping quarters with 6 double decked beds, 2 queen, 3 single beds, extra futons and beddings for every extra guests. This room can fit in 16 guests by default but has more space to fill up to 25 people.
A nicely lit bedroom with a 3-ton quiet AC, wide french-type windows with a private outdoor garden space. Please see photos. The room is facing the front yard, not the beach and is just about 25 steps to the beach.

Using the Gazebo as a venue for private parties and events is not included in your room rent. The Gazebo is the resort's Cafe. Food must be pre-ordered in advance.
Reservation is needed if you plan to use the Gazebo as a venue for exclusive parties and events and is not included in your room rent.

This area is an extension of the Bistro/Cafe for dining and bonfire / smores events. Rent as-is, or request for change of deco, furniture / pillow set-up and party accessories.

Terms:
-Ingress is Two (2) hours before the main event
-Main Event is Three (3) hours
-Egress is One (1) Hour after the main event
-Time extensions such as early ingress at the venue is P200/hour
-Main event extensions and late egress are subject to additional fee for the venue at P1,200/hr
-Main event extensions will be subject to Barangay curfew and ordinance
Additional rental fee will be charged the following:
-Set up of buffet area with canopy = P2,500
Other things to note
Kitchen and bathroom is located outside the cottage. Outdoor kitchen is a shared common area.

If you would rather cook your own food, the outdoor kitchen is a shared common area.
Observe the CLAYGO (Clean As You Go) policy. Otherwise, you will be attracting flies, ants, stray dogs and cats.
Fussy and picky individuals may bring their own utensils, pots and tableware. No borrowing of personal stuff. Please tidy up the kitchen after every use.
Cooking Reminders:
Bring your own utensils and pots if you're cooking for a big group. During rainy seasons and as we are in the tropics by the beach, if we allow barbecues and cook outs and alfresco dining, flies may be prevalent especially when cooking seafood. Don't throw dirty water on the ground and don't leave food or food wrappers around or you'll have a fly invasion. We wash, disinfect and clean your space thoroughly, but that doesn't mean another fly can't wander in your room. The flies and bugs you might encounter are harmless and eat other bugs. We do everything possible to control flies so please don't leave doors and windows open. Staying at the beach this time of year is not great for the insect-phobic. Leave off cooking your meals by ordering food from restaurants or dine at our cafe or better still, just bring pre-cooked food. For Kuroshara Cafe diners, please order meals at least 1 day advance.
In Patar, the electricity, internet and water services may be interrupted and these are unexpected. Electricity temporarily goes out for various reasons. Typically, it's due to technicians doing work in the area, a tree fell on power lines or an outage due to storms. We provide ample solar lights and portable back up power supply that can last for eight hours if used conservatively. During brownouts, guests will just be using an electric fan.
During low tide which may last a few hours, the water can be shallow.
Please don't harm the sea and its creatures. Extracting and collecting live sea creatures will have a long-term damaging effect in our eco-system. Sea shells (umang), sea urchins, sea cucumbers, star fish, octopus, crustaceans etc. are the garbage collectors and nutrient recyclers. They play a critical role in keeping coral reef and other tropical ocean ecosystems healthy. Their digestive processes may even help buffer dying corals against ocean acidification.
When a species becomes endangered, it is a sign that the ecosystem is slowly falling apart. Each species that is lost triggers the loss of other species within its ecosystem. Humans depend on healthy ecosystems to purify our environment.
