WHAT TO EXPECT:
WE ARE NOT BEACH FRONT!!!
-tawid ng kalsada at less 2 mins walk ang dagat.
-We are located close to Patar Public Beach, best spot for swimming. (Hindi mabato lowtide man or hightide)
-The house is located inside a family compound, which means you are SAFE.
-we are surrounded with other transients too
-1-2min walking distance from house to the beach
-Globe network has the only signal/reception in the area.
-Strictly 2pm check in, 12noon out.
-6pm curfew sa dagat. No swimming after 6. Pwede magsunset viewing.
-no loud soundd after 10pm(videoke,speakers)

-Once booking is made, policies will be applied :
*Non-refundable downpayment, you can only re-schedule.
*Cancellations are only accepted 5days prior notice.
*Once arrived, full payment is required. Neither you proceed your stay or NOT.
