Great love and affection has gone into its building and it is outstandingly well equipped, blending modern facilities with traditional attractive decoration. There are 3 large king and queen air-conditioned bedrooms, each with its own bathroom facilities which comfortably fit 6 people. In addition we have a double bedroom with fantastic view upon the house and garden around on the second floor. We can also provide two extra spring mattresses for extra charge. The maximum capacity is 12 people. The lounge space is magnificent, opening onto a courtyard garden so that it is wonderfully airy and comfortable even in the hotter part of the year. The kitchen area is unobtrusive but state-of-the-art functional. The house is surrounded by a very large and beautiful garden, expertly planted, providing pleasure as well as quiet and seclusion. Outdoor furniture is available so that guests may enjoy relaxing there. The house is serviced by very experienced staff, available to ensure that it is clean, linen is changed, etc. The garden (1,600 sq.metres) is tended by a regular gardener. The house is owned by an English family. Guest access: You will have access to all premises including state-of-art kitchen, living area with comfortable relaxing sitting area, the garden and courtyard. NOTE: we can accommodate up to 12 adults. Extra charge of 1000 php per person per night for 9-12 people will be collected upon check-in
