*NO SMOKING IN MY HOME * This is a great beach front studio apartment. You can see the ocean and beautiful sunrise and sunsets from the bed. It is right on the top floor of my business Boracay Island New Wave Divers. So if you want to do any diving or learn to dive your all set with us!! :) Lynette's apartment above the dive shop. This is her home away from home while visiting Boarcay. It is steps away from the beach and the veranda is perfect for watching the sunset. King Size Bed, air con, hot water shower. There is beach front noise from the bars most like all beach front property in Boracay. I have sound proofed the room the best I can. We provide fresh fruits and breads such as Calamansi (lime not seafood) muffins, bananas, local fruits seasonal for you if you would like to. Please let me know before you arrive or you can tell me during your stay. The place will sleep 3 but the listing price is good for 2 additional person after 2 is 800 php a night for the 3rd person.
