The 3 big roofes are made of 280.000 bundles of native cogon grass and gives a very warm athmosphere inside the house. Sit on our spacious terrace to have a great view of the sea, located directly in front of you and behind your swimming pool. You can enjoy the massive dining area for enjoying a feast with your guests, as well as in its connecting kitchen. For your relaxation you can have your drinks probably at the wonderful wooden handcrafted inhouse-Bar. The premise contains also a Mini-Zoo at the back of the Villa with animals like Monkeys, Eagles, Opposum, Turtles, Lizards, Rabbits, Birds, Goats and so on. You will have your personal assistance lady and a cook and maid plus a maintenance as well as 24 hours security for you by four own security guards.
