Cheap, no-frills room near Puka beach away from the noise of White Beach. Best of all, this is my private unit at AltaVista de Boracay.
IMPORTANT: I need at least a day to get things ready. Unfortunately, I cant accommodate booking made within the same day. Also, I cannot check you in late nights.
NOTE: THIS LISTING IS JUST FOR THE ROOM. THIS IS NOT MANAGED BY THE HOTEL. RESORT AMENITIES SHOULD BE PAID DIRECTLY TO THE HOTEL.

Guests can access all resort facilities such as the pool and other areas. However, usage will be charged separately by the hotel.
I will have my caretaker look after the room and other questions you may have. Please leave me a message and I’ll try to help out as much as I can.
The place is about 20 minutes away from white beach and about 10 minutes from Puka beach. Is close to Fairways and Blue Water golf resort. It’s quiet and peaceful away from the hustle and bustle of the main beach.
Please use public transportation (tricycles). The hotel may have shuttle vans but please coordinate directly with hotel.
Please be informed I will have someone check the unit prior to checkout.
Unit is managed by owner and NOT MANAGED by the hotel/resort. There’s no daily cleaning/change of linens/sheets/towels. I keep the costs down due to these limitations. If you need a more “hotel-managed space” please book directly with AltaVista resort.
The listing also has a limit of 2 guests. Adding more guests upon booking will incur an additional charge of 300/guest/night.

Simply put, do not expect hotel type accommodations. If you want something with hotel amenities, please book directly to Altavista. This is how I keep my costs down to a fraction of what the hotel charges.
