The whole property has 2 bedrooms. 1 bedroom comes with en suite bathroom. Both bedrooms are furnished with a double bed, bedside tables, lamps, desks with mirrors, chairs and wardrobe cabinets. The living room comes with a sofa bed for 2-3 people. There’s cable and wifi in the property. It’s also fully airconditioned. The kitchen is complete with fridge, induction hob with exhaust, plates, pans, and basic kitchen necessity. We recognise the need for hydration so we are providing water with dispenser in the property.

There is always standby concierge for check in or in certain circumstances, our caretaker will meet you.

We have provided guests with a guidebook to the property and contact numbers for emergency. Aside from agoda messaging, there is a local person who will help you in your needs.

Parking is available on the streets at your own risk. Taxi is also readily available. The property is just in front of the Airport Shuttle Terminal and few minutes drive to the Sea Port and Agora Bus Terminal. Bulua Bus Terminal is just a few minutes drive without traffic.

The property is located in a very secured building.

You can book it for events, can fit in as many guests as you want but we are only providing towels for 6 people. Also noise should be minimised from 11pm- 6am (Sleeping Time). Also there is an inventory of items inside the property. Any breakage will be shouldered by the registered guest/s.
