The unit has a Double sized bed with extra bed and can accommodate2 people, enough for couples, best friends , or even to someone who wants to stay alone in the middle of the city for a relaxation.
Internet connection is provided to guest for Free. Tv has a Parasat cable. We also prepare new sets of linens and towels to new guests, and units are prepared and cleaned to give guests comfortable stays. Guest may also cook inside the unit as we have Induction cooker, rice cooker and simple kitchen that allows guest to cook basic meals.
Guests may also access the pool for Free. We can only give free access for 2 Guests only. Extra guests will be paid by the guest.

Please take note that we do not have our own parking slot. You may park in the common parking area (outside the lobby) until 9PM ONLY since the management does not allow overnight parking. We can arrange third party parking from slot owners within the condominium for a fee of Php300.
For long-term rentals of 1 month and beyond, condo dues and utilities (electricity and water) will have a separate billing, and will be charged to the renter.
