Ila Vicente Vacation house is a newly- renovated provincial abode for "no-frill" guests. All rooms are provided with electric fans. Only 3 rooms that can each accommodate 4-6 depending on the size of the groups, are with air-conditioning units.
Rate includes live-in assistants to help you on your needs. Bath towels are provided. It has spacious dining, living and lounge areas. It also has a full-service kitchen so you can prepare and cook your meals or make it a fun and enjoyable group bonding activity during your stay!
Meals not included but can be pre-arranged for minimal charge.
No wifi connection. We only have cable TV in the living room. You have also access to Kitchen if you wish to prepare your own meals.
Just tell us if you need a tour guide. We can help you find one. Just give the person tip:) Need a van to tour around the island?, Just tell us. Owners Vic and Willy will be more than willing to assist and help you. We are happy to have you as our guests and we will do our best, the "Filipino Way", to make your stay worthwhile. Pls note that owners will be staying in the house. They have a separate room and they will help you and assist you as needed.
The neighborhood is very laid back. Simple. There's a beach just a few meters walk from the house, less than 5 minutes walk. There are also mom and pop stores to buy canned goods, rice, chips, snacks, soda, local beer and whisky, toiletries, etc.
The most convenient way of going around the island in big groups is by renting multicab or jeepney.You will have a driver that can serve as your guide as well.
Meal preparation c/o Ila Vicente is strictly by reservation or advance notice. Upon check-in on your first day, you can plan and arrange with the owners your meals for the entire stay. Sit down with them and agree on the menu and budget. For meals, we only charge a minimal fee. Caretakers will be glad to assist you. Gratuity not required but very much appreciated especially for those who will prepare your meals :) You'll be surprise.
