Boasting a wonderful 180 degree view of the ocean and Mount Timpoong volcano. Accommodates up to 6 people. This idyllic, peaceful and private setting is the perfect place for you and your family to relax. The house is fully furnished, air-conditioned and equipped with functioning amenities. The kitchen is fully equipped with 2 burner gas stove, microwave, toaster, kettle, pots and pans, utensils, plates, mugs and wine glasses. All linen and towels provided. Filtered water available. There is running hot water and an outdoor kitchen. There is also a big 50 inch flat screen cable television. -1 bedroom with queen bed air conditioning plus electric fan -1 bedroom with queen bed air conditioning plus electric fan - 1 bedroom with queen bed with electric fan - 1 double mattress available if needed A quiet, laid-back and safe neighbourhood. 10 minutes drive to local supermarket and grocery store, public transport and beaches. Popular tourist attractions include: Santo Nino Cold Spring; Soda Water Spring; Sunken Cemetery; Guiob Church ruins; Tuasan Falls; Katibawasan Falls; Ardent Hot Spring; Mantique Island amongst others.... There is a caretaker who is available for help and advice 24 hours a day should you need him- contact details will be provided 10 mins walk from public transport. I have motorbikes available for hire at a cheap price to get around the Island. STRONGLY SUGGEST TO HAVE OWN TRANSPORT OR ORGANISE A MODE OF TRANSPORT
