Enjoy our peaceful one bedroom unit with access in Globe prepaid wifi and free Netflix.
The place is located in Florida Sun Estates Manggahan Gen. Trias, Cavite where hospitals, malls and banks are few mins away. The transportation is also very convenient.
A 33 sqm studio at Florida sun estates 3rd floor. The building has it’s own elevator so it is very convenient for you.
1 queen size bed and 1 sofa (recliner).

All guests must present a vaccination card and a valid id.
Proper wearing of face mask outside the unit!
Number of guest must be declared because the names will be submitted to admin. You can’t enter the gate without your name on the list.
Smoking is prohibited inside the unit. We have designated smoking area outside the building.
Please take care of the unit, furniture and appliances. Turn off the A/C or any other appliances when you’re not using it. We charge for the damages!!
Check in time is 3:00pm to 5:00pm. We don’t accept late checking in.
