If you plan to travel further distance like Tagaytay, other parts of Sta Rosa, Cavite etc. you would need to go to Paseo de Sta Rosa first so you can take jeepneys etc. SAFETY: Scandia Suites Condominium has round the clock security to ensures safety/security of residents. OPEN PARKING is available outside the building on a daily, weekly and monthly rate. Please let us know should you need assistance in reserving a parking slot. COMMERCIAL AREAS are available on the ground floor such as dental clinic, vegetable/seafood store, real estate office, construction outlet, hair and nail salon, foot spa, air-conditioning services, snack bars, laundry shop, pet food supplies, water delivery, motor vehicle battery shop, lotto outlet and milk tea shop.
