We only have a double bed w/ A/C (for 2 person) outside the common area, Bed bunk w/ fan (for 2 person) located in the common area and couch in the living area (for 2 person). The shower and toilet are in the common area.

The place is located in an open private subdivision near the Barangay Hall and Elementary School.
De La Salle University Medical Center( DLSUMC ) is 5-minute ride away from the property, De La Salle University Gate 3 is 3-minute ride away, other universities like EAC, NCST, ATMs, convenience stores, SM Hypermarket and everything else like banks, resto,condos,bars and spas are just a few minutes away from the property. It is one hour drive away or less from Tagaytay and few minutes away from malls.

There are also small stores and carinderias around the subdivision. The property is also near the under construction Dasmarinas Coliseum and Dasmarinas Public University.

CCTV is installed outside the house for security purposes and lock box for the keys. Instant coffee and sugar is provided , an induction cooker and heater for a self-served breakfast.
shower,clean towels, shampoo, soap,toothpaste are also provided.
Washing Machine and iron for your clothes is also provided.

Street parking is available. The 2nd floor is under halted construction and off limits. We apologize for the inconvenience.
