Going with kids&Pets ? WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO PUT DIAPERS ON THEM, PEED/SOILED/ STAINED BEDDINGS,PILLOWS,BLANKETS,MATRESS WILL BE CHARGED 200/ITEM.

FAQs:

1. utensils? kitchenwares? rice cooker?
**YES. we provide everything you just need bring food to cook. rice cooker provided.

2. Towels & Toiletries provided?
** NO. kindly bring your own towels & toiletries

3. Possible for early check-in?
** NO. due to some cases before. please come in at 2pm so we have ample time to clean your staycation house.

4. additional guests allowed after 4?
**NO due to Overcrowding of unit and inconvenience of your stay.

5. Parking space available?
**YES. Limit of 2 cars per unit
But our garage can fit 6-8 vehicles.

6.Can we bring our own electric samgyup griller?
**YES. Corkage fee is php200 per use
You can also rent our electric samgyup griller php300 per use

Though we have caretakers around, they CANNOT cook/grill for you, buy food for you or any other errands. They are just there to guide and help you when it comes to concerns in the house amenities.

PLEASE BE REMINDED THAT WE WILL CHARGE YOU, IF IN CASE THERE ARE DAMAGES MADE DURING YOUR STAY.

We are located along the highway in Brgy. Francisco, Tagaytay City. 10min drive from Olivarez Rotunda.

10-15 min drive from the following:

• Ayala Mall Serin
• Tagaytay Restaurants and cafe

We are approximately 15-20 minutes away from:

• Palace in the Sky

All driving estimated time.

Other things to note
-Tagaytay establishments are all CLOSED by 9pm. Please buy your food, ice, drinks, soap, water, etc. before checking-in.
-We allow early check-in and out provided that there is no guest before or after your stay.
-Pillows and blankets are available however we DO NOT PROVIDE TOWELS AND TOILETRIES
-No loud music and karaoke after 10pm.
-Please declare the exact NUMBER OF GUESTS to avoid further charges.
