Villa Adelle is the first villa we had. Lot Area is 700 sqm. It has (6) spacious bedrooms with (35) people sleeping capacity. There are (4) bedrooms upstairs and (2) large bedrooms downstairs. Pillows, blankets and bed sheets are provided. For Toilet and Bath, Villa Adelle has a total of (7) T&B. Note that we don't have hot & cold shower. Every villa has it's own Spacious Sala or Living Room, Spacious Dining Room, Kitchen and Dirty Kitchen, Television with TV Plus, Kitchen Utensils, LPG/ Stove are also included, use of Refrigerator, and so on. The pool is 5 x 7 meters and 4 to 6 ft. It has stairs and steel bar ladder. Pool cleaning time is every 10:00 to 14:00. It has also a Gazebo and outdoor garden where you can have your gatherings. It can cater 50 to 70 visitors. There is a free use of videoke but only until 22:00 or 10:00PM and also loud music and loud noises. This regulation is city ordinance so we have to follow. Optional Additional Fees: Aircondition Usage is charged for Php 50.00/ hour Guests are requested to bring your own plates, spoon & fork, cups and other personal utensils. Disposables are also allowed.
