☑️Strictly check out by 12pm. Expect that there is another guest coming in at 2pm

☑️Free use of swimming pool from 8am-9pm. (Closed on Mondays for cleaning and maintenance)
☑️Proper swimming attire is required
☑️Remove slippers/shoes upon entering the unit but don’t leave it outside.
☑️Cooking of any smelly dishes (e.g., tuyo, bagoong, tinapa) is not allowed.
☑️Observe CLAYGO (clean as you go) policy. Segregate trash properly.
