This is fully furnished, 24.77 sqm 1 Bedroom Unit located in the boundary of Mandaue City & Cebu City.
It's ideal for 2 adults and 1 child with double size + pull out bed, living room has 4 seater sofa/bed. Also, a fully furnished kitchen with cooking wares and dining wares for your convenience while the bathroom has complimentary toiletries and Hot Shower too.
Free access to condo amenities.
The unit is located in the 19th floor. This is a home and not a hotel which is hand-cared for by our family. If there is anything you need, please don't hesitate to ask.
You will require to submit to us any valid ID's (much better Passport for Foreigner & Local Valid ID for Local Guest) for your Property Pass as it is require and mandatory in the Property.
All vehicles will be checked for an agoda confirmation of the stay, which takes about 2-3 mins. depending on traffic. After that, the staff will allow you to enter the premises and make your way to Tower 2 to register and verify your stay.
You have access to the condo amenities. When you register at the front desk of each individual amenities.

** We will charge a late checkout fee of Php 150 per hour. There is a 15 minute grace period, otherwise late fee will apply. We thank you for your understanding.
**There are a lot of restaurants within walking distance from the property. You can also order from Grab Food, Food Panda and other Food deliveries and have it delivered to the lobby.
**AIRPORT TRANSFER (48-hour advance notice)
- We offer airport service for 500 each way. It's a Toyota Rush, good for 4-6 people and mid size luggage. Advance payment through Gcash, Maya and Bank Transfer is required.

It's near also to groceries, restaurants and malls.
