The establishment has 24/7 security cameras and guards. Guest details (1valid ID) along with host authorization should be shared to guard for easy and smooth check in. Confirmed bookings are required to submit complete names of the guest and their valid IDs to avoid delay on your arrival. Building elevators requires access card for security and safety purposes and will be shared to guest upon check in.
Other things to note
This is to inform our guest that we have a parking space but requires additional cost ( 350 per night) and is subject for availability. The management is strict on parking at common areas. Overnight parking is not allowed (starting 10pm onwards) and management will imposed penalty. In addition, pets are not allowed.
