Upon arrival in the area, please tell the guard the unit number that is sent to you via private message. You will then be dropped right next to the elevator at building 2. Please read carefully the check in and checkout instructions sent via messaging system

*NO excessive guests other than stated in the reservation

These are the main 4 rules. Violation in any of these rules will result in termination of your reservation and charged for the security deposit. There are more house guidelines to be considered as well
- Any damage or lost items will be charged by the signed guest.
- Please take care of your personal belongings. Unit owners will not be liable/responsible for any lost guest items.
- Penalty of PHP 500.00 for stained fabrics or furniture will be imposed.
- Kindly ensure that upon check out that the unit is in the same condition when rented out.
- Do not keep any garbage inside the unit. There is a designated garbage room near the elevator where you can throw it.
- Ensure to turn off the lights/electrical items when not in use. Kindly conserve water for the sustainability of our mother earth.
