We will need IDs because building is strict against unauthorized guests, which is super cool for our safety!
That, however, is the only time you will need to talk to anybody from our end. The reception. After verification, its gonna be self check in and unless you need us, you will never be disturbed by unwanted chit-chat! The place is yours, as long as you behave! Lol
I’m available for inquiries 24/7, if im not sleeping! Lol! If I am, our trustworthy managing assistant Vina will take care of your needs.
Rustans is less than 50 steps away! You are in the midst of Cebu Business Park! Need I say more?
Grab is very accessible. You can get all your grocery needs through Rustans, Ayala, Landers or the 7-11 within the building.
Parking, though not available inside the building, are accessible just in front of tower 3 for an overnight promo cost of P80 good for 13 hours already and it can even give you direct access to Tower 1 and the pool via Tower 3 entrance.
